We Are the Education & Research Team

We are looking to add a new Research Assistant to our Concord, MA based team. This person will be a key member of the Education and Research Department, responsible for supporting and coordinating various research activities. The ideal candidate is flexible, intuitive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to communicate well with others.

Role Objective

* Work across and support Education and Research Department teams.

* Assist with data collection and support day-to-day aspects of multiple research projects and reports.

This role is full-time, benefit eligible and will work from our Concord, MA office location.

Essential Job Functions:

* Coordinate data exchange agreements and data files using data privacy protocols.

* Clean and prepare data files for analysis.

* Maintain timelines for research project success through scheduling, organizing and reporting on status of research activities

* Support report writing by assisting with literature reviews and preparing manuscripts for publication (e.g., APA style formatting).

* Participate in the development of data reports and visualizations to support customers.

* Keep track of deadlines for conference proposals and publication notifications.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field

* 1-2 years of research or similar experience

* Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and communication skills

* Excellent time management with the ability to work both independently and on a highly collaborative team

* Impeccable attention to detail

* Fluency with MS Office (especially Excel)

* Familiarity with research methodologies in education, highly preferred

* Basic statistical knowledge, experience with statistical software a plus (e.g., SPSS)
