Return to Job Opportunities Job Details Job Location San Francisco (198) - San Francisco, CA Position Type Full-time, exempt Description Are you looking for an opportunity to join an award-winning organization with amazing benefits? BRIDGE Property Management Company provides quality housing to residents throughout California. We offer excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage to employees, all for just $1 a month! This position reports to the Property Supervisor and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the property, overseeing the physical maintenance and upkeep of the property, performing various administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining positive resident relations and adhering to all applicable governmental rules and regulations. This property is located in an urban area with a diverse resident population. The location is near transit, shopping, and a nice neighborhood. Responsibilities include: Advertise vacancies and interview potential residents Coordinate resident association meetings and resident activities Collect rent and serve late notices when necessary Ensure proper annual resident recertification procedure Maintain office filing system Keep inventory of office and maintenance supplies Supervise maintenance and office staff Supervise work of contractors and vendors Conduct regular inspections of common areas Perform maintenance and janitorial tasks as needed Qualifications Required Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience preferred in apartment management, preferably low income or affordable housing Valid CA drivera??s license and proof of personal auto liability insurance HUD and Tax Credit experience Desired Qualifications: Certification in Residential Apartment Management Knowledge of property maintenance and physical plant up-keep requirements Extensive public contact Ability to handle detailed paperwork in a thorough and complete manner Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through Ability to work independently, prioritize duties, meet multiple deadlines and work as a team member Knowledge of tax credits and politically savvy Bilingual a plus Physical Requirements: Able to ambulate 1000 feet without difficulty over varied grounds and terrain Able to lift 25 pounds from a standing position Able to lift objects overhead, pivot and return object to original position Able to sit at desk for extensive periods of time Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
