**Job Description**

The Specialist will provide an array of services to support youth foster families engaged in the Resource Parent Care Team.

Will assist youth and foster families in obtaining the support and skills they need to improve youth’s level of functioning and stability of placement.

Will assess need which will be individualized for each youth and family.
