Job Description

Qualified candidates should be a restaurant manager or Kitchen Manager and have at least 2 years of experience with a franchise. You should also be a self-motivated professional who loves to drive top-line revenues, build fantastic teams, and create a style of leadership that builds relationships with their guests.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities in cooperation with the general manager
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Maintain a high level of visibility during all meal periods to all guests and staff
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients in food and beverage preparation
  • Train, manage, and lead the front and back-of-the-house personnel
  • Manage inventory
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in upscale-casual and casual food-service concepts
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Salary Range of $50K-$55K, plus excellent benefits and bonus
