Duties:
Conduct visual roof surveys, roof moisture surveys, roof quality assurance inspections, manufacturer's warranty audits and prepare reports
Assist in pre-design surveys, to include performing intrusive investigations to document existing conditions
Perform full time or part time monitoring of ongoing roof installations.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, pre-construction meetings, project meetings, and client interfacing activities






Job Requirements:
High School or GED
5 to 10 years experience in the roofing industry
Technical background in elastomeric sealants, coatings, and roofing.
Understand the roofing installation process for multiple roof systems to include but not limited to built-up, single-ply and coating systems
Thorough technical knowledge and expertise of roofing trade practices and principles is required
Proficient and experienced in surveys, roof design and testing
Computer skills including word processing, email, electronic file management, etc.
Must be detail oriented, organized, reliable and self-directed
Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications
Ability to perform office tasks and physical labor tasks
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
Ability to perform work from ladders, boom-lifts, roof levels, etc.
Ability to develop and maintain good rapport with clients, designers, contractors, etc.
Willingness to travel 50% of the time or more
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
