JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*SELL NEW AND USED RECREATIONAL VEHICLES WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL
*ABILITY TO LEARN OUR PRODUCT AS WELL AS OUR COMPETITORS
*PROMOTE YOURSELF AND ALL DEPARTMENTS OF OUR DEALERSHIP
*ACT AS LIASON BETWEEN YOUR CUSTOMER AND THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT
*ASSIST IN MAINTAINING NEW AND USED INVENTORY
*OVERNIGHT TRAVEL EIGHT TO TEN TIMES PER YEAR TO WORK OFFSITE SALE EVENTS
INCLUDING SET UP AND BREAK DOWN AT THESE EVENTS
*MAINTAIN CUSTOMER BASE USING CRM WITHIN COMPANY GUIDELINES
*FOLLOW UP WITH ALL LEADS BY PHONE AND EMAIL ON A DAILY BASIS
*BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY OR IN A TEAM ENVIROMENT
JOB REQUIREMENTS
*SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE RV, AUTO, FURNITURE, OR REALESTATE INDUSTRY PREFERRED, BUT
WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL
*BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS WITH KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OUTLOOK, WORK, EXCEL
*ABILITY TO GENERATE NEW LEADS OUTSIDE THE INDUSTRY STANDARD
*WILLINGNESS TO LEARN OUR SALES PROCESS, OUR PRODUCT AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTION
*DESIRE TO SUCCEED
*HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
*DRIVERS LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
*HAVE OR BE ELIGIBLE TO ATTAIN PENNSYLVANIA SALES LICENSE
*BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST
THIS IS A COMMISSION DRIVEN OPPORTUNITY WITH BASE OF $15,600. FIRST YEAR EXPECTED TOTAL COMPENSATION $40,000 TO $60,000, BENEFITS AVAILABLE AFTER 90 DAYS, 1 WEEK PAID VACATION AFTER FIRST YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT. SATURDAY’S MANDATORY WITH SOME SUNDAYS REQUIRED.
