Coral Hospitality , one of the top management companies in the hospitality industry, is currently searching for a seasoned Bartender for Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa located in Young Harris, Georgia! Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Outlets Manager this position mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar and serves food by performing the following duties.

· Takes orders from customers.
· Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
· Serves wine and draft or bottled beer.
· Collects money for food and drinks served.
· Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
· Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
· Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
· Takes, submits and serves food orders
· Follows all service standards and procedures

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
