Sales Consultant / Automotive Product Specialist

Broadway Automotiveis seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate/Product Consultant.We take a consultative approach to sales by focusing on our guests needs and serving as a product expert.

Be paid an above-industry hourly wage for each hour on the job, PLUS generous bonuses for volume and positive customer service interactions!!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet the guest and build rapport, to best discover their needs.
  • Assist the guests in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by demonstrating vehicle options and features
  • Provide guests with knowledge of the product, so they can make an informed decision
  • Participate in company paid product and sales training opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with the guest with follow-up calls, emails, cards etc.

  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Quality guest service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills one-on-one and over the phone
  • Persuasive and able to overcome guest objections during the sales process
  • Proficient in basic business math including percentages
  • Capable of learning and using basic Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs
  • Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
  • Focuses on the guests needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
