Job Description


The Sales Coordinator – Sales Support position is responsible for Salesforce CRM Administration and the timely and accurate processing of branch sales compensation orders within SalesScoreKeeper in compliance with all Sharp Electronics policies and procedures.


+ Work in collaboration with the Region/Branch Sales Coordinators to ensure Sales Orders are accurate in Salesforce and transmitted to SalesScoreKeeper

+ Detailed review of Sales Orders for accuracy within SalesScoreKeeper

+ Manual entry of Sales Orders that are not transmitted through Salesforce Automation

+ Timely processing of Sales Compensation with Controller approval

+ Assist with onboarding and training of new sales staff in the proper use of Salesforce and ScoreKeeper

+ Work with Branch Sales Management in the administration and maintenance of Sales Territories

+ Work closely with the Branch Controller to follow SBS policy and process in the timely and accurate payment of Sales Compensation.

+ Provide analysis and reporting of Salesforce CRM and SalesScoreKeeper data per the request of the Branch Leadership Team

+ Provide administrative and system support for assigned sales representatives

+ Other duties as assigned.


+ 1-3 years experience with or similar Sales CRM System

+ Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Filtering)

+ 1 – 3 years in a sales support role

+ Superb written and oral communications skills

+ College degree preferred
