What you will do:

Lead implementation of China growth strategy with support from sales and LOB

* Develop an implementation plan and approach to execute China centric growth strategy

* Collaborate with LOB (Line of Business) leaders to support execution of their respective work streams

* Provide cross functional program execution support to sales teams, assess implementation and measure outcomes

* Identify specific areas of improvement and work with the LOB owners to make necessary course corrections

* Identify key aspects of strategy that may need to be updated and refined

Execute necessary programs to drive higher growth and retention in China sales channel:

* Partner with LOB leaders and resources for development and delivery of key programs

* Provide cross functional program execution support to sales teams

* Identify new areas to drive growth and overcome obstacles

* Lead and take ownership of iterative program improvement plans with Sales Ops Leaders and Line-of-Business partners

* Communicate proactively and effectively at all levels up to and including EVP level

* Create and manage roadmap of enhancements for each program/processes. Execute upon enhancements

Analytics, Reporting and Continuous Improvement:

* Identify, capture and share best practices

* Establish processes to collect and conduct key analytics to drive Sales business initiatives

* Analyze leading and lagging indicator data to identify gaps and opportunities, and evaluate possible solutions for implementation

* Capture and articulate impact and ROI of programs to target future enhancements;

* Make prioritized recommendations based on estimated return and/or benefit to the business.

* Train, mentor and coach peers

Impact of Role:

* Achievement of Sales revenue (growth and retention) targets and strategic objectives.

* Attainment of sales productivity targets

* Comprehensive delivery and continuous improvement of programs

* Capability enhancement of Area Manager and AEs in channels

* Strengthened partnership with lines of business and other business partners

What you will need:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, master's degree preferred

* 5+ years total business experience.

* 2+ years of sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environment and/or consulting experience

* Fluency in and ability to read/write/speak Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English is a MUST

* Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.

* Strong facilitation, communication, leadership and influence skills.

* Ability to develop strong credibility with Sales leadership, and Area Managers in order to become a respected coach/advisor.

* Proven ability to understand business initiatives and challenges, and to provide recommended business solutions using fact-based analytics.

* Ability to build partnerships and collaborate across lines of businesses

* Executive presence, facilitation, and leadership qualities Strong credibility and coaching abilities.

* Excellent program management skills. Highly skilled in using tools and technical knowledge to analyze data, develop insights and make decisions and take action based on those insights

* Highly-developed sense of curiosity
