Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:

* Review and process trade-in tickets through Remedy

* Review and work Sales Support cases in Salesforce

* Maintain Salesforce data, i.e., accounts, contacts, etc.

* Promo Code Generation

* Manage/maintain VisionLink store access requests

* Manage new Cat dealer account setup & tracking list

* Process all HCC store access requests

* Manage overall billing system (online and offline) for business area

* Responsible for managing dealer/customer finances contacts and ongoing finance contact relationships

* Responsible for invoice delivery, invoice format and invoice content

* Manage recurring billing processes including mock billing runs and production billing runs

* Manage invoice disputes, credit memo processes and credit memo formats

* Interface with Credit Manager (AR) and Cash Apps

* Work with Cash and Credit teams to address overdue invoices and default accounts

* Responsible for driving new payment methods and billing processes

* Manage dealer commission programs and promotional programs

* Help with global business system and ecommerce projects

* Manage overall business area training programs for ecommerce solutions and billing systems processes

* Periodic data mining and analysis tasks

* Other commerce and billing related duties as assigned

Characteristics/Skills:

* Ability to focus on both long term objectives and short- to medium-term execution

* Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

* Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

* Excellent written and oral communication skills with all levels of management within Trimble and dealer partners

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with immediate team members, as well as other necessary teams in Trimble for job execution

* Strong relationship building skills with a customer focus

* Knowledge of systems including Salesforce, Oracle (including but not limited to: customer master, eReceivables, order management, AR inquiry, contracts manager), Remedy, Microsoft Office Suite (advanced skills in Excel is a bonus)

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of relevant job experience.

3 - 5 years of relevant sales/customer support experience.
