HART Health is looking for an exceptional Sales and Service Representatives to join its growing team. We are looking for individuals who can sell and service customers in a manner which exceeds their expectations and meets daily/monthly sales goals/metrics. Punctuality, reliability, and enthusiasm are top priorities in this position. The SSR will develop and manage relationships with our clients, replace used and/or outdated products, service any first aid products equipment that requires periodic maintenance, and upsell products that will benefit the customer and ensure OSHA and ANSI compliance. You will work in partnership with your Business Development Representative developing new leads, or sourcing referrals for new accounts.
Beyond simply servicing and prospecting, you will be expected to make educated recommendations to current clients on additional products/services that help them become better compliant with OSHA/ANSI regulations, improve efficiencies in their workspace, or otherwise help the client maintain a more safe and functional work environment. This also includes communicating new services and offerings we may have at HART.
Skills and Qualifications
--All candidates must successfully pass a background check
--Valid driver's license with clean driving record
--High school diploma/GED
--Route or Territory sales experience preferred
--Experience managing customer service relationships
--Successful problem solving skills and good judgment
--Ability to expedite shipments when necessary
--Must have a place to store a minimal amount of home inventory, such as a garage
--Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
