The IT Field Technician is a full-time service professional that is responsible for installing, tuning and providing both remote and onsite technical support for PC based, networked, RFID hospital security systems throughout the Western United States. You must be a self-starter, eager to ?hit the road" and derive great satisfaction in solving customer issues getting and customer?s systems up and running.
PC network and WIFI network troubleshooting and repair skills are essential, knowledge of RFID and/or RTLS systems a plus. Once trained, technician will rotate through a 24x7 on call schedule and will be required to Travel to perform onsite service. This is an hourly position and all travel time is paid at full hourly rate. Clean DMV, Drug Test and Background check are required.
