As aSr Advanced Analytics Analyst, you will be a member of the Surgical Innovations EU MDR PMO team that supports bringing our product portfolio into compliance with EU MDR Regulations.

You will have responsibility for the development and maintenance of analytics solutions in support of the Surgical Innovations portfolio. This individual is expected to partner closely with the Program Management Office, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing, and Integrated Business Planning teams. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to innovate, think creatively, and drive insights for our internal business partners.

The Surgical Innovations Operating Unit sets the standard for Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) by creating innovative surgical products and services that focus on obesity and diseases and conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, lung, abdominal wall, pelvic region, and the head and neck.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ This role will lead the development of new tools and analytics not currently part of the program.

+ The primary function of this role is to build, maintain, and integrate custom data sources into a single, comprehensive program database.

+ Provides administrative support to the EU MDR Program Management team such as building analytical dashboards and preparing for data driven discussions and decisions.

+ Instructs internal cross functional stakeholders in accessing program information.

+ Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage.

+ Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing, utilizing customized report building functions of systems, and acting as a liaison with information technology groups in identifying and resolving problems.

+ Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of the data, and acts as a liaison to the business including the enterprise program.

+ Works with data visualization tools to drive valuable business insights.

+ Engages with internal business partners such as product marketing, contract administration, pricing and offer development, sales enablement, and marketing operations

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

**Nice to Have**

Familiarity with any of the following applications:

+ Power BI or other data visualization tools.

+ Business Objects or Cognos.

+ Alteryx, or similar data prep and advanced analytics platform.

+ SQL, R, or related database languages.

+ Demonstrated proficiency in MS suite of tools, including Excel and Power Queries.

Advanced degree in Business, Data Analytics, or similar area of focus.

+ Experiences in Operations, Engineering, and Product Development

+ Experience with Data structures, SQL, VBA, Python, and advanced analytics methodologies

+ Experience aggregating and presenting insights to program teams and senior leaders for decision making

+ Experience with Sharepoint Integration
