We have an opportunity for a Senior Compensation Consultant/Manager to join our Golden Valley, MN team. You will provide global consulting services to HR business partners and management by coaching and providing guidance on global compensation programs. You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and communication of broad-based global compensation programs, policies, and procedures, including the ability to think outside of the box to design new programs.
+ Lead enterprise-wide, global compensation projects, by defining project objectives, identifying team members, and outlining project plan goals. Engage with project team members to achieve designated goals and objectives for the project. Communicate and conduct change management initiatives to ensure acceptance and effective implementation.
+ Design and develop base and bonus / incentive programs and processes that support pay for performance initiatives, as well as employee retention
+ Design, develop and implementation salary structures for multiple countries across the globe
+ Conduct market evaluations using organizational charts, job descriptions and HR / management interviews to determine appropriate labor market matches.
+ Conduct analysis to ensure compensation programs maintain competitiveness with the external labor market and internal equity.
+ In partnership with teammates from compensation and HRIS, design, administer and provide consulting support for the Annual Compensation Cycle
+ Effectively manage vendor relationships
+ Four- year degree or equivalent work experience
+ 7+ years of compensation experience
+ Experience with Workday
+ Experience with MarketPay or similar compensation administration tool
+ Ability to design and develop global compensation pay programs, including salary structure development
+ Bonus / Incentive compensation design experience relative to hourly operations, sales, individual contributor, or management plans
+ Proven analytical, modeling and reporting skills
+ Ability to consult with and advise all levels of the organization including senior level leaders using strong business acumen and presence
+ Preferred Requirements- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Certification
