**Basic Function:**


+ Oversee, manage and drive all aspects of direct materials (Components & Ingredients) procurement services companywide.


+ Organize and develop regional and Global sourcing strategies in line with Global objectives to increase companywide spend and saving opportunities.


+ Ensure contracts and agreements adhere to specific legal requirements, both globally and locally. Work closely with the legal team and global procurement team to regularly review and improve the contract process. Develop where possible Master Contracts.


+ Manage team to develop, expand and enhance procurement services for Revlon business areas.


**Major Duties:**


+ Develop specific strategies by spend category leveraging the right blend of process excellence and deep category knowledge.


+ Deliver procurement group savings annually and ensure corporate policies are adhered to.


+ Identify and manage initiatives to reduce/contain risk to the Company through defined processes and resulting measures.


+ Advocate the Revlon policy on competitive bidding and the importance in establishing a competitive supplier environment. Develop and manage procedures for all aspects of sourcing in coordination with functional procurement directors.


+ Facilitate the development of procurement business plans and programs which have specific value and deliverables to support the client’s business needs.


+ Identify specific procurement opportunities and spend analysis of clients.


+ Drive diagnostic and benchmarking activities to determine opportunities for leverage. Prioritize cost saving opportunities for each category segment.


+ Identify and put in place the action programs and metrics to successfully drive performance improvements in the area of direct spend and ensure validity of data.


+ Ensure reporting of key metrics for cost savings and avoidance, Global Procurement business plans, spend and participation analysis and minority spending.


+ Lead direct procurement projects and programs to achieve business and functional goals and continuous improvement of processes.


+ Work with the other Team Leaders within Global Procurement to ensure that initiatives are moving forward in a consistent manner and that synergistic opportunities are maximized.


+ Lead by example the utilization of e-Sourcing for all automated RFP use, project tracking, cost savings analysis and reverse auction bidding events. Ongoing training and development of staff as it relates to all eSourcing initiatives and client relationship development.


+ Participate in researching and recommending Reporting and Systems services and/or goods that provide the most value-add to the company. This includes pricing strategies, financial analysis, supplier selection criteria and relevant data, available delivery channels, environmental impact and other needed information.


+ Maintain awareness of relevant Reporting and Systems industry trends including spend analysis.


+ Support procurement and value-added activities (e.g., management reporting, supplier reviews, benchmarking, best practices research).


+ Select, coach and lead a high-performance team that drives major performance improvements across various categories.


+ Plan, manage and control operational headcount and budget.


+ Uphold Revlon’s Principles and Corporate Services values, business controls, ethics, policies and procedures, and professional standards.


**Education:**


+ Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. Customer management. English proficiency. Global procurement experience.


**Knowledge and Skills Required:**


+ 12+ years global procurement experience in consumer products/high complexity environment with seasoned expertise in Direct and TPM


+ Proven, strong communication skills, both verbal and written


+ Excellent interpersonal skills


+ Proven project management skills


+ Strong customer service ethic


+ Proven track record in establishing strategic Reporting and Systems contracts and supplier alliances


+ Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills
