Senior Finance Manager- Americas Finance Tacoma, Washington Apply Description Infoblox is seeking a Senior Finance Manager- Americas to join our Finance team in Tacoma. This role will be a business partner to the Americas sales teams for functions including execution of the go to market strategy, deal price and structure support (deal desk), annual planning of bookings, headcount and expenses, weekly bookings forecasts, analysis of pipeline, sales productivity and key metrics, ad hoc requests, and goal setting. The Senior Finance Manager- Americas will report to the Director WW Sales Finance in Santa Clara. The Senior Finance Manager- Americas must have good business sense and initiative to assist the sales team to make pragmatic business decisions. This person must enforce policies and procedures while showing good judgement in enabling the sales team to execute quickly and effectively. They must have good data skills with an ability to summarize key points for sales leaders to quickly understand appropriate actions to take based on the analysis. Responsibilities: Assist in setting the expense and headcount budget and executing to the plan Work with sales leaders to accurately forecast bookings Track progress against KPIs and clearly communicate actionable findings with sales leaders Assist in setting goals and quotas Support on deal approval and structure to enable opportunities to close more efficiently Provide direct support to the sales team in the analysis of quotes on opportunities to ensure the sales team is fully enabled to achieve goals and profitability targets Business partner for sales leaders and managers to assist in executing the go to market strategy Leader in driving sales processes improvements, efficiencies and excellence Enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements Identify areas of improvement in the company and create and implement solutions Ensure that all inquiries related to sales are prioritized appropriately and resolved properly Requirements: 7+ years of relevant work experience in financial planning and business partner functions Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills Highest level of personal integrity and maturity Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while simultaneously meeting all goals and deadlines Team player that will collaborate with sales leaders to quickly resolve problems The ideal candidate will possess...
