The Senior Manager, Data & Analytics will be responsible for the master data management and data analytics teams for the Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD). Your team will consist of data analysts and business intelligence specialists who help CMD improve the integrity, quality and utilization of data as an enabler of our strategic growth.
+ Master data oversight for all CMD related master data. Ensures accuracy, timeliness and integrity of all master data. Manages and maintains all material master data and the related change control processes in both a compliant and effective manner.
+ Develops the Supply Chain Management strategy and builds the processes which ensure the organization’s readiness to meet company objectives. Builds and maintains all Supply Chain Management supporting systems.
+ Selects, develops and evaluates staff to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Works with and advises staff on administrative policies and procedures.
+ Investigate and develop solutions to supply chain challenges and deliver data-driven insights into business conditions and provide high-value opportunities to senior leaders.
+ Challenge current analytical constructs by benchmarking outstanding companies and academic research to ensure our supply chain team is applying the most appropriate algorithms in a practical manner to deliver results.
+ Coordinate the regular reporting of a supply chain data analytics program critical metrics dashboard, providing management with transparency to key performance metrics throughout the global supply chain organization.
+ Drive continual conversion of ad hoc analytical responses to scalable standardized business analytics that allow supply chain strategists and tacticians to proactively drive effective and efficient supply chains.
+ Drive continuous improvement of governance processes, data quality and our analytics. Work with colleagues across CMD to develop, document, communicate and implement standardized global processes.
+ Develop and communicate metrics to enable management of CMD’s critical data and facilitate continuous improvement of the supporting processes.

+ Experience with improving data governance, quality and analytics.
+ Improvement with the Microsoft PowerBI platform and how to integrated information from disparate ERPs and other systems into develop content that allows better decision-making across CMD;

+ Excellent analytical and statistical skills including the ability to develop and measure metrics, develop complex models, etc.
+ Bachelors Degree in applicable field of study.
+ 8+ years experience in data management positions in a large manufacturing and distribution environment.

**Salary Range is** **$111,000-$130,000**
