As a Solution Architect for the Master Data Platform – one platform composed of a number of strategic technologies like SAP, PEGA, Informatica, Cloud – you will play a critical role to help Mondelez win as we accelerate our digital transformation in the Data Management tower. As a Master Data Platform Architect, you will be responsible for establishing the direction and best practices relating to the continued growth and implementation of the Master Data platform at Mondelez. You will be required to design solutions on the existing master data technologies that are robust, re-useable and extensible. Architecture patterns and standards need to be scalable, secure and align to best practices. You will need to quickly build an understanding of current Mondelez Data Management strategy and be an active member of the first deployment to ensure foundational learning and strategy is documented to be leveraged and extended in the future. You will co-design solutions with application teams and business partners that deliver against both business and technology simplification objectives. You will serve as the main liaison between Data Management and Enterprise Architecture team at Mondel?z.

You will bring both experience and expertise in:

·Master Data Solutions architecture and design across R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Sales

·Experience in a Global CPG organization where matrix and Market complexities need to be considered in solution designs

·Familiarity with business and solution areas where master data plays a prominent role, e.g. Sales Solutions (Salesforce), Cloud environments (Google, Azure)

·Familiarity with integration technologies and patterns (bulk/delta, API)

·Familiarity with data harmonization challenges and security requirements

·Communicating effectively with business partners, senior management, and other key stakeholders

·Providing technical leadership to technology specialists and application/technical product owners

·Serve as a trusted advisor to Global Solution Owners, Regional Data Operations Leaders and Governance Leaders to advise on architecture strategy and best approaches to address new requirements and challenges across Business processes consuming master data.

·Rapidly build understanding and expertise in PEGA, SAP, Informatica PIM, Adobe DAM and Cloud current and future roadmaps.

·Actively contribute to senior technical and architectural reviews to ensure technical decisions are aligned with strategic intent.

·Co-Design new master data capabilities and Experiences with product teams, ensuring that security and compliance objectives are met.

·Partner with Enterprise Architects across D4GV, Digital Experiences, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure master data platform architecture enables strategic intent of the enterprise

·Establish networks where your knowledge and experience can be shared across the organization. Coach and train resources to build organization capability.

·Data Integration Lead who focuses on master data flows across systems will report to your role.

**Key Skills** **–** Demonstrate prior experience leading complex solutions design in a multi-cloud environment, Understanding of data structures and algorithms with a strong problem solving skills

Understanding of Data Challenges such as Performances, References, Quality, Metadata, Taxonomie, integration etc.

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Business Administration

8 or more years technical experience preferably in a Solution Architect role and with master data solutions.

SAP MDM, PEGA, Cloud and/or Product Information Management Architecture experience and appropriate Certifications
