**What you’ll be able to do:**
At Ford, we’re passionate about delivering a car buying or leasing experience that is as enjoyable as the driving experience. That’s why we’re seeking a Senior Product Manager who will work closely with Product Owners to establish the product roadmap for creating innovative products to the Orchestration product line. You will be responsible for leading coordination, integration and testing activities within and outside of the product line. This involves clearly communicating product strategy and vision to team members and stakeholders. As a thought leader in development, structure, technology and tools, you will innovate and operate with an iterative, agile and user-centric perspective. You will also:
+ Utilize business/user priorities and technical feasibility to prioritize product backlog and manage risks
+ Leverage data to deliver product value through careful and deliberate prioritization
+ Work with product designers to ensure timely delivery of designs/assets to engineering development
+ Conduct product experiments, user interviews and other validation techniques to gather feedback and product insight
+ Translate product road map into manageable product features
+ Provide hands-on support to the product team to prioritize, plan, and deliver products
+ Ensure consistent population of prioritized user stories to be estimated for the next two iterations
+ Define, prioritize and collect product analytics
+ Verify delivered software product meets desired business outcomes
+ Redefines backlog content to optimize business outcomes
+ Champion Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques
+ Gather user and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements and manage product roadmap
+ Employ user research using Lean validation techniques
+ Manage features and dependencies in and across product releases
+ Communicate openly and frequently with the team
+ Actively works to identify and remove/mitigate risks and blockers to product delivery
+ Assess overall health of the product and prompt key decisions to move it forward.
**The minimum requirements we seek:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field of study
+ Five or more years of experience in IT and Agile Framework, which includes:
+ Experience defining product vision, strategy and product roadmaps
+ Background creating and managing backlogs
+ Experience with Lean methodology & eXtreme programming
+ Experience articulating and validating product hypotheses
+ Experience collaborating with engineers, designers and product owners
**Our preferred requirements:**
+ Master’s degree in a relevant field
+ Knowledge of Lean product management principles
+ Ability to think and act strategically, without constraints
+ Ability to operationalize findings and decisions
+ Strong leadership, communication, collaborative, influencing and decision-making skills
+ Proven ability to work closely with upper management
+ Ability to represent technical concerns in product line prioritization
+ Ability to drive highly available consumer ready Internet properties and technical platforms
