Leverage your project management, leadership, and collaboration skills to manage high-profile brand campaigns. You'll work with executive stakeholders, subject matter experts, marketing channel owners, creatives, engineers, analysts, and others to ensure our brand campaigns and initiatives deliver high quality, meaningful experiences that represent our brand values and engage our multiple audiences.

+ Form strong working relationships within marketing teams and across the organization to launch projects on scope and schedule
+ Use business acumen and knowledge of marketing processes and best practices to ensure high quality output
+ Use communication skills to engage stakeholders, vendors, and internal staff to ensure expectations are understood and deadlines are met
+ Leverage knowledge of marketing processes to ensure fast execution across multiple marketing channels
+ Manage project plans, project scope, and resource allocation
+ Manage project kickoff meetings, requirement gathering meetings, and regular status meetings
+ Guide project teams on mitigating risks and propose backup plans for areas of high risk
+ Maintain a project backlog, including prioritization and timeframe estimation, and communicate these matters to the appropriate individuals and stakeholders
+ Proactively find opportunities for process improvements throughout all phases of initiatives
+ Research, contextualize, and implement evolving marketing best practices
+ 3+ years of experience in project management
+ 1+ years of experience managing high visibility brand projects
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate efficiently, and set priorities and expectations
+ Superior attention to detail and results oriented; demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments
+ Ability to develop collaborative working teams within a decentralized marketing organization
+ Strong working knowledge of web-based project and task management tools
+ Bachelor’s in a relevant field
+ Experience in Agile methodology tools for tracking user stories, sprints, velocity, and burndown
+ Ability to work productively with a wide range of creative and strategic teams
+ Ability to champion process implementation and inspire operational excellence
+ PMP Certification
