Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst.


  • To manage the recruiting process from end-to-end (full-cycle recruitment), collaborate in creating staffing plans, developing strategies and implementing action plans related to both candidate sourcing/identification and recruitment process execution.
  • Developing job appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview questions; Coach Hiring Managers on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
  • Identify and share recruitment best practices across business units of focus
  • Maintain current knowledge in business, the marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements.
  • Initiate and maintain a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs, and develop sourcing methodologies and strategies to target and identify qualified candidates.
  • Manage the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants, the process and the final hiring decision is properly handled promptly.
  • Provide company information to candidates and appropriately 'sell' candidates on the value proposition and act as 'Ambassador' of the company.'


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a high volume recruitment experience is required.
  • Prefer recruiters that are hunters and can source talent. A self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Previous experience working in a corporate recruiting capacity, with full life-cycle recruiting experience, is required.
  • Experience in Commercial recruiting (field-based positions), Corporate Functions and R&D is strongly preferred.
  • Maintaining a high degree of proficiency in data integrity is a must.
  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device sector is also preferred.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices.
  • The ability to work within a team approach is required.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred i.e., (ICIMs, ADP WorkForce and/or Workday).
  • Must have strong account management, consulting and interviewing skills, knowledge of various sourcing practices.
  • Strong customer and marketplace focus; negotiating and influencing skills; project management, and time management are required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and/or Excel) is required.
  • This role may require up to 15% domestic travel.

This is a possible temp-to-perm position.
