The Service Account Executive has ultimate accountability for the service on assigned accounts by serving as primary point of contact while engaging with internal partners and external customers. This role is critical as it enables profitable growth and retention via coordination of resources engaged in sales and service efforts across the Loss Sensitive businesses of MLC to include support of Client Executives.
+ Act as single point of contact for the account and agent for service bundled and unbundled service issues
+ Serve as Primary Account Team coordinator, ensuring service processes are tailored to customers’ needs and execution of commitments
+ Lead onboarding and stewardship presentations for bundled and unbundled accounts
+ Manage and facilitate resolution of all service-related issues
+ Provide underwriting insights and builds sales and service relationships
+ Pipeline cross sell opportunities to appropriate parties
+ Support the TPA stewardship process – feedback loop
+ Ensure that the strategic direction and business plans translate into successful impacts for the organization and its customers
+ Develop and implement best practices for the organization while being accountable for all process
+ Five plus years of progressively increasing responsibility in pre-sale/post-sale property and casualty underwriting support or renewal underwriting and operational/ service management experience
+ BA/BS college degree preferred or proven track record and work experience in account management
+ Insurance industry experience required
+ Energy industry knowledge
+ Claims and/or UW experience desirable
+ Travel required up to 40% when restrictions are lifted
This is a home-based role in CA that will require a significant amount of travel.
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role.
