We are seeking a passionate Service Process Specialist to drive plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma). You will create diagrams and evaluates existing processes. You will organizes, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
Other responsibilities will involve developing metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. You will Collect data to identify root cause of problems and measure performance against process requirements. You will make sure aligning improvement to performance shortfalls and provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
You may also deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control. You will survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes and communicate team progress. You will also performs cost and benefit analyses and drive service improvement plans.

+ Have some formal credentials, such as experience related to incident management, process improvement, and operations management.
Education and/or Experience:
+ 8+ years of overall IT experience with the last 4+ related to Incident Management.
+ Bachelor's degree and/or related years of experience.
