+ Must Have - Primary Technology skills with expertise level 6+ (out of 10) needed are C#, ASP.net, Web API, Azure, WCF, SQL DB, Web services, OAuth 2.0, JIRA, Bit Bucket, TFS, MSMQ
+ Must Have - Experience with Azure preferred. PAAS (Service Fabric/Web Apps), CosmosDb.

+ Use troubleshooting skills to investigate and identify root causes of reported severity 0 and severity 1 &2 issues
+ Expert knowledge in large scale web operations and web-based architectures and configuration management
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing dynamic environment
+ Take ownership of production environment to manage bugs fixes, enhancements and features
+ Implement DevOps tools and services such that systems are well integrated and configured to be more resilient
+ Implement DevOps best practices and document processes to maintain high availability detailed notes for audit purposes
+ Manage production issue escalations from Level 2 and Level 1 support team
+ Perform ongoing maintenance and change management. Work with our sustainment team to organize, plan, manage and execute new releases.
+ Propose solutions to remediate issues and work with other team members to implement fixes
+ Identify and propose processes to eliminate recurring production support issues
+ Responsible for delivering metrics as per defined SLA and workload analysis
+ Manage volume drivers to ensure high production availability
+ Strong communication and analytical skills
+ High motivation to work under intensive environment
+ Collaborate with downstream L2 and L1 teams for technical knowledge transfer on operations day to day troubleshooting issue and training needs
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
