Overall Job Description

Under the supervision of the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will manage content sourcing and creation for the vineyard vines social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube and Snapchat. The Social Media Coordinator will manage the scheduling, organization and cross functional content calendar for all platforms, in addition to overseeing community management in partnership with the Customer Care Team. The Social Media Coordinator will also help assist with needs for paid social media campaigns and ad hoc tasks.

Functions and Responsibilities

Essential functions and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

* Work with the Social Media Manager and content team to develop and manage an ongoing monthly, quarterly and annual calendar for all social media platforms based on the seasonal social media strategy.

* Act as liaison between marketing initiatives and creative execution to make sure all projects are aligned with marketing messages/campaigns as well as stay on track creatively.

* Assist and report on organic social analytics on a weekly basis, such as post performance, audience growth, content engagement, conversion and more.

* Help facilitate and maintain relationships with external account managers from social platforms and partner agencies.

* Monitor comments and respond appropriately across social media platforms to help engage with our customers on a personal and conversational level.

* Monitor all stores' nationwide social media presence and provide weekly feedback regarding performance and opportunities. Provide measurement of success and ways to enhance our retail presence on social media.

* Work with greater content team to manage resources and needs to develop original content, as well as editing and proofreading existing content provided by internal and external sources.

* Work closely with the PR team to identify and follow through on influencer opportunities, event coverage and social engagement where it applies.

* Assist the Events and Sponsorship team in gathering and distributing event content to appropriate social platforms.

* Review and monitor competitors' digital social media footprint on an ongoing basis and conduct research to ensure our social media is up to date on trends and innovations. Relay trends back to critical team members.

* May be asked to perform ad hoc tasks as necessary.

* Knowledge of vineyard vines product line and business

* Microsoft Office applications

* Adobe Creative Applications - Photoshop, InDesign and Bridge

* Adobe Omniture or Google Analytics knowledge is a plus

* Basic image editing software

* Functionality of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, VSCO, Youtube and Snapchat

* General office procedures and skills
