Workforce Technology is the central steward for the design, build, and asset management for the firm's Human Capital technology and information across all lines of business and global regions. Workforce Technology provides technology support for staffing and on-boarding, employee records, payroll, talent management, compensation, benefits, learning, employee and manager service, workforce planning and analytics, and back office call center operations.

Workforce Technology is looking for a Solutions Architect to join our global team and help shape the portfolio and architecture strategy across a wide variety of internal and 3rd party solutions. You will have the opportunity to transform the employee experience and drive modernization efforts through this high visibility role, partnering with all parts of the HR technology and business groups. The perfect person for this role will thrive in an environment that features varied interesting work across projects coupled with coaching and mentoring.

In addition to having proven experience with core technical competencies, we are looking for people who are:

+ Proficient at communicating technical content to both technical and non-technical audiences

+ Collaborative, organized and able to manage multiple engagements

+ Analytical and practical problem solvers

+ Continuous learners

+ Adept at keeping sight of the big picture and strategy

+ Seasoned in application, data and infrastructure topics who can educate application development teams on the same

+ Able to engage with technology, vendor and risk partners to drive architecture and risk reviews

+ Well versed in support of performance, infrastructure and cloud services topics

+ (preferred) Certified in Public Cloud Technology from one of the major Cloud Service Providers (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate)

+ (preferred) Experience with a SaaS (Software As A Service) application

+ (preferred) Experience with external 3rd party vendors
