The Senior Digital Project Coordinator serves as team lead and helps to oversee a team of 3-6 project coordinators (DPCs). The DPC team collaborates with our digital campaign specialists, sales managers, and ad ops teams to streamline workflows, manage promotions, special digital media projects, aids in fulfillment of digital orders. This position reports into the Yield Ops Manager, but has the added responsibility of working hand-in-hand with the Audience Engagement Manager and Ad Ops Director on the execution of different projects. This includes, but is not limited to, the insertion of incoming digital orders, pulling and managing reports, deploying outbound marketing campaigns such as newsletters, proactive QAs on systems and dashboards, managing tickets internally and externally, and working with our support teams and order management system to implement and maintain digital orders.


This role requires a person who is highly organized, proactive, with excellent communication skills, and has the ability to easily be stretched across divisions with varying workflows and processes. This position is based out of our Irving, TX office, and is expected to work in office – hybrid opportunities may be a possibility.


You Will: (Responsibilities)


Serve as a knowledge expert for the Salem Surround systems and suite of Digital products including (but not limited to): Social/Reputation, Display Banner Advertising (GAM), Targeted Email and Newsletters (Post Up), Live Chat, Pre-Roll Video, Streaming Audio (Triton), SMS, Contesting and Audience Engagement


+ Oversee, support, and provide training/coaching to a team of digital project coordinators


+ Conduct routine one-on-ones with DPC team members and provide regular updates on team growth with Yield Op Manager


+ Serve as subject matter expert and primary communicator and liaison between DPC team and other departments of Ad Ops and Sales Field


+ Provide support in implementing white-glove processes for high-value clients


+ Manage and insert orders within Wide Orbit


+ Work in a ticketing system to QA quality and manage workflows


+ Manage multiple projects with different timelines in a project management system (Asana)


+ Deploy and manage campaigns to our internal databases via email and SMS


+ Work on pulling reporting to help assess ways to improve as an organization that enhance our processes and create avenues for increased revenue growth


+ Work alongside a team to create better cohesiveness between Sales and Product in order to build a better experience of campaign operations for both clients and internal employees/partners


You Have: (Qualifications)


+ Ability to lead by example and be a player-coach to others


+ Experience leading calls and presenting in front of others


+ Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, be highly organized and work in a sometimes chaotic workflow


+ Strong people skills and are able to work in a fast-paced collaborative, yet still growing, environment


+ Previous ad ops or project management experience OR Bachelor’s degree in marketing


+ Direct experience with online/mobile advertising preferred


+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
