Job Location: Cincinnati

Job Type: Full-Time

Travel: up to 25% (likely to exceed 25% in first 12 to 18 months)

Position Summary: Work with Senior Management to develop and oversee the Global Ethics and Compliance program at Worldpay, with a particular focus on Ethics. The role will be responsible for managing, designing, maturing, evaluating, and communicating issues related to the Global Ethics program and assisting the Company in meeting its corporate compliance and ethics responsibilities and operating a top tier Ethics program.

Job Responsibilities:

* Formulate, communicate, and execute on the strategic vision for the Ethics program

* Advise Senior Management on the regulatory environment, and assure the Company meets appropriate standards of professional and business conduct and corporate compliance

* Work with the Company's Culture and Conduct Committee to establish its scope across all compliance, ethics, culture, values and other conduct related initiatives

* Assist in preparation and presentation to the Board of Directors of Ethics related matters and initiatives

* Independently lead the development, implementation, and management of global ethical culture-related training, communication, and behavioral change projects

* Evaluate and document manual or labor intensive processes and procedures, and make recommendations for automation and/or continued improvement

* Assist in Ethics Program innovation and performance measurement and reporting, including the implementation, tracking, and monitoring of periodic ethical culture surveys

* Research best practices and trends for enhancing ethical culture and behavior to mitigate ethics-related organizational risk, and provide advice to business partners

* Craft relevant and engaging communications and presentations to educate leadership and other relevant employee stakeholder groups on relevant compliance matters

* Assists in the development and maintenance of all compliance policies, the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, procedures and standards, and ensure that they are enforced so the Company meets existing and proposed regulatory requirements

* Assist as needed in addressing investigations and complaints of all kinds, including breaches or alleged breaches of regulations and/or the Company's compliance policies, standards or procedures

* Further develop and maintain a case management system to track and monitor any potential ethical or conduct related issues

* Collaborate with other functions within the Company (e.g., Global Compliance, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Security, Communications, etc.) on all culture and conduct related matters to gain efficiencies and improve effectiveness

* Develop an effective corporate compliance and ethics training and communications program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing education for employees and managers

* Leverage technology to aggregate controls, risk and corporate compliance and ethics information to rapidly identify and report exceptions, as well as improve information quality at the Company

* Effectively manage relations between the Company's business units and the Compliance function and actively promote the function so its perceived as making a positive contribution

* Maintain contact with other senior compliance professionals throughout the industry and regularly attend courses to assist in ensuring that compliance policies, procedures and standards meet best market practice

Required Skills:

* International experience highly desirable

* Possess solid understanding of global compliance and integrity issues and have exposure to key compliance risk areas

* Exposure to investigations at a multi-national or other large, complex organization

* Outstanding judgment and discretion in sensitive matters

* Great relationship building skills, ability to work cross-functionally, detail-oriented

* Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and maintain sound judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous and changing environments

* Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, including influencing and interacting at all levels

* Ability to analyze complex issues and communicate them in a clear and concise fashion

* Self-motivated, team player, eager to learn, with the ability to drive projects, identify and resolve issues in a pragmatic fashion

* Effective communication skills with exceptional writing and speaking skills, including an excellent executive presence

* Ability to spot an issue before it's an issue -- with the instinct to jump in and address it

Education, Certifications or Special Licenses:

* Bachelor to Doctoral Degree

* Minimum of 6 to 10 years' progressively responsible work experience in corporate compliance and ethics function, including Global experience

* Juris Doctor Degree preferred, but not required

* Membership in one or more state bars preferred, but not required

* One or more of the following certifications a plus:

* CCEP (Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional)

* LPEC (Leading Practitioner in Ethics & Compliance)
