Job Description

Purpose: As a member of the Reebok DBC team you are responsible for managing the global CRM program for the brand. You will work closely with global marketing teams to deliver a customer-focused communication strategy and content plan to increase lifetime value in the US market and define the global standard for Reebok. You will work in partnership with the US ecommerce team on operational process and experimentation design to drive continuous improvement. You will be a senior member of Reebok Consumer Engagement Team and will manage the consumer lifecycle (inclusive of the Reebok loyalty program and trainer network). Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage consumer communications strategy for Reebok Responsible for retention campaigns, from conceptualization through analysis. This includes idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution. Own consumer funnel from acquisition to retention Own day to day management of CRM program inclusive of trainer network, membership, and partnership communications. Actively partner with all global markets to share best practices Provide global markets with strategy, communications and content standards for CRM. Work closely with analytics team to develop insights from consumer behavior to drive the business. Partner with Global Digital Brand Commerce (Adidas) teams to test new lifecycle communications and trigger emails Manage the integration of all CRM programs into the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform according to brand standards. Own operational excellence and campaign optimization for communications. Own weekly reports for CRM program monitoring Develop testing plans to improve program efficiency as in a higher ROI, higher CTR, and a higher LTV. Key Relationships: Global Digital Brand Commerce (Adidas) Reebok Digital Brand Commerce Reebok Brand Activation Reebok Global Market ecommerce Leads Reebok Global Business Units Newsroom (PR, Social, Paid) Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Thorough knowledge of Adobe campaign, Adobe Analytics, DemandWare Business Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong strategic and analytical skills Strong communication and presentation skills Open to international travel Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong personality and flexible approach to build relationships Understanding of Direct to Consumer environment (eCom/Retail), Direct Marketing and CRM industry best practices Strong project Management Skills Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies Passion for technology, consumer experience development, and data-driven marketing Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required 5-8years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, loyalty or related fields. Outstanding organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time without direction Experience in managing highly complex processes, involving multiple teams in different geographies Direct management experience required Experience with global brands preferred The Reebok brand has moved their HQ to a 220,000 square-foot section of the Innovation and Design Building in Bostons Seaport District.
