**Position Summary:**


The **Marketing Operations Workflow Analyst** is a lead role in guiding our business partners through operational efficiency with the RSD North America Marketing team. In this role, you will identify and prioritize areas of improvement, recommend, and implement solutions to make processes and the overall marketing workflow more efficient or effective.


Additionally, you will have the primary accountability and responsibility to implement solutions and facilitate group training, inclusive of handling logistics, crafting training materials, and supporting process documentation! In addition, you will be a change maker to identify root causes and retrospective opportunities to ensure a culture of continuous improvement! We are looking for someone to assist with the adoption and expansion of Workfront, as required by our business partners—inclusive of establishing new workflows and processes. With the implementation of new capabilities and technologies, you will provide support and training as required for effective operationalization into the workflow.


Are you someone who loves data storytelling? We need someone to explore and handle operational data, inclusive of data storytelling and setting baselines and measuring improvement, as well as report and dashboard creation, management, and standard methodologies.


**Key Responsibilities:**


+ Own the measurement, analysis, and development of solutions to improve operational performance metrics and key performance indicators


+ Responsible for multi-divisional level implementations, improvements, and integrations within our marketing technology stack, primarily Workfront, our enterprise management system


+ Recognize and prioritize process improvement opportunities and leading solution recommendations and implementations


+ Lead process changes through the creation, prioritization, and adherence to implementation plans, schedules, and target dates


+ Proactively explore operational data to find trends, discover critical metrics, and apply proper hypothesis testing


+ Establish and maintain scalable processes that follow Agile methodologies and outcome-based approaches


+ Creation and maintenance of group and divisional training materials


+ Management of training, including logistics, agendas, facilitation, and follow-up


+ Lead retrospectives and handle improvement opportunities


+ Create and manage operational data such as report/dashboard creation and administration, data visualization and modeling, and ensure consistent data integrity


**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**


+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, operations or related field required


+ Minimum 5 years of related experience required


+ Strong analytical, critical thinking and process improvement skills


+ Familiarity with Agile standard methodologies


+ Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PPI 8-Step Method, and other process improvement methodologies


+ Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments


+ Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work with multiple team members across departments in a collaborative and professional way


+ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work swiftly to surpass expected delivery timelines


+ Able to work independently and proactively, identifying issues and raising them to management, as well as offering potential solutions


+ Ability to effectively communicate and clearly present information to all levels of partners
