Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Director, Strategy and CRM - Property Services & Fleet, this role is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organization, and communication skills. This position will develop and implement strategic initiatives in the Property Services and Fleet teams.

Key Accountabilities:

* Develop, design and implement strategy initatives

* Monitor, analyse and report on existing initiatives.

* Effectively communicate findings and insights in verbal and written form.

* Collaborate with Departments across the organization to both implement sustainability programs and develop environmental & sustainability policy positions and communicate those positions.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:

* Excellent writing skills

* Strong analytical skills

* Demonstrated ability to develop hypotheses; structure research and gather information to test these hypotheses; and present well-supported conclusions and recommendations

* Knowledge of energy and environmental/sustainability policy issues.

* Proven project delivery skills.

* Strong facilitating and public speaking skills

* Strong Computer experience, specifically Power Point and Excel

* Ability to communicate and work well with people at all levels and across organizational boundaries

* Impeccable personal standards of commitment and integrity

* Experience in preparing policy papers preferred.

* Experience in energy and electric and/or gas utility industries preferred.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Policy (energy/environmental/sustainability)/Economics/Finance/Engineering (Master's preferred)

* Three to five years relevant work experience
