Job Summary: Provides overall on-site administrative and technical management on construction project site as necessitated by the circumstances, size, and complexity of the project. Schedules, coordinates and supervises craft employee and subcontractors activities. Supervises total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Represents the company in a professional manner at all times.


+ Planning and scheduling

+ On site construction management

+ Safety (Ensures safety and security of construction project, including personnel, visitors, and property.

+ Cost Control (Responsible for controlling costs of the project in order to finish under budget. Requires familiarity with the initial and updated budgets for the project)

+ Client relations/marketing

+ Construction Documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Valid Drivers License

+ Minimum of 5 years construction management and/or craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to read, analyze and interpret trade journals, technical documents and equipment manuals and production reports; ability to read instructions, plans and blueprints; ability to write reports and correspondence; and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and concerns.

+ Basic geometry and math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

+ Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, Sure Track Scheduling, Procore Project Management.


+ Requires BA/BS in related engineering field or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
