CALIBRE, an employee-owned Management Consulting and Information Technology Solutions Company, is seeking System Integrations Technician/Engineer.

The System Integrations Technician/Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, optimization, and administration of the customers enterprise databases. The System Integrations Technician/Engineer coordinates all aspects of database administration services, develops conceptual frameworks, and applies state-of-the-art technology to the management and administration of enterprise data assets. The System Integrations Technician/Engineer performs functional analyses to understand customers needs and functional requirements. The System Integrations Technician/Engineer develops proposals, specifications, and recommendations for efficient, cost-effective database management and technology solutions to meet the customers requirements.


  • Possesses knowledge in the development, installation, integration and evaluation of Battle and Mission Command Systems including but not limited to Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS), Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2), Division Exercise Training and Readiness Simulation (DXTRS), Joint Capabilities Release (JCR), Fire Support Simulation (FIRESIM), Simulation - C4I Interchange Module for Plans, Logistics and Exercise (SIMPLE), Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS), Command Post of the Future (CPOF), JADOCS, AMDWS to Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government-Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) simulations to include but not limited to VBS3 and other game-based technologies.
  • Possesses experience in providing technical advice for gaming to C4I/C2 integration as it relates to Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVG&G), Integrated Training Environment (ITE) and Simulated Training Environment (STE).

Required Experience

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Possesses and maintains an interim or active SECRET clearance
  • Bachelors degree or experience equivalent in technical disciplines such as network administration, computer science and U.S. Army Command and Control Systems.
  • Four (4) Years experience in the Information Technology/Computer Science, C4I and Command and Control (C2) Systems and Systems Integrations.
  • Complies with and meets Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT II) Certification requirements as specified in 05-PR-M-0002, Information Assurance Best Business Practice (IA BBP), Information Assurance (IA) training and certification, as updated, i.e. Security + and completes Computing Environment (CE) certification and/or completion of training for primary area of support, (e.g. Cisco, Linux, Microsoft, VMware, etc.).
