**_Position Overview:_**

Identifies, designs, facilitates, and evaluates talent and organizational development solutions to support strategic business objectives for the organization.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:**

? Designs and develops talent development programs for leadership at every level.

? Designs, implements, manages resources, and consults leadership in the areas of practical problem solving, organizational development interventions and talent development solutions. Advises leadership on the appropriate application of tools and methodologies to diagnose, identify, and resolve organizational issues.

? Identifies, assesses, and analyzes current and future needs in organizational and employee development to foster career and skill growth for all levels of employees.

? Designs, implements, and manages programs to analyze evaluation feedback and implement changes/revisions to ensure organizational development and talent development activities are focused on business needs, corporate objectives, and customer requirements.

? Partners with leadership and HR in the identification and application of appropriate assessment tools and development interventions to facilitate individual and/or organizational development.

? Builds and maintains professional status and working relationships with internal and external talent development leaders and associations.

? Conducts focus groups to provide feedback to the organization regarding corporate culture and organizational development issues.

? Conducts individual leadership development sessions using assessment tools to provide feedback and coaching.

? Facilitates intact work group interventions based on principles of group dynamics and organizational development to enhance organizational effectiveness.

? Maintains ownership of HR professional and organizational development business processes.

? Travels to other sites as necessary

**Skills/Qualifications/Education Requirements:** (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Organizational Development, or related field. Master's degree preferred - if focused on Talent Development certifications in Korn Ferry, Achieve Forum, Korn Ferry 360, Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II, and Crucial Learning’s Crucial Conversations preferred. DiSC and StrengthsFinder also desirable

+ Typically requires 8 years of training and organizational development experience

+ Advanced knowledge and application of OD strategies

+ Strong project management skills and ability to simultaneously manage multiple programs

+ Advanced facilitation, platform, written, and verbal communication skills

+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to perform root cause analysis

+ Ability to provide leadership and coaching to departments for the development of training, talent and change management programs that will support the organization's business goals

+ Ability to interact effectively with leadership and staff at all levels, to objectively probe and evaluate information solicited

+ Ability to exercise good judgment within broadly defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

+ Ability to demonstrate practical applications and flexibility in adapting programs and services to meet specific customer requirements

+ Ability to function independently as well as part of a team, in a demanding environment

* Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements Example: If a job level requires at Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience, an equivalency could include 8 years of experience, an Associate degree with 6 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience

Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Frequently walks. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs. Frequently drives to site locations and frequently travels within the United States. Able to communicate complex information and ideas so others will understand; with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Frequently interacts with others, relates sensitive information to diverse groups. Ability to apply abstract principles to solve complex conceptual issues. Performs a wide range of complex tasks as dictated by variable demands and changing conditions with little predictability as to the occurrence.
