Thanks to our unique cross-site project organisation, our translation managers experience language service projects of all sizes, so you’re always working on something new and exciting.

In general, you’ll be:

Processing customer translation enquiries, preparing quotes for translation and localisation projects, and advising clients

Managing translation and localisation projects with CAT tools (SDL Trados/Across/ MemoQ)

Assembling and managing the translator team, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality standards and deadlines

Performing post-production quality assurance checks, translation memory, and terminology maintenance

Collaborating with Account Management to ensure client specifications are met

Interested? Here’s What We’re Looking For

Qualified candidates must have:

A perfect command of English

A degree in linguistics, business, or IT / media design-related field

Excellent Microsoft Office and other Microsoft-based applications skills

The ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills

A focus on customers and results

Preferred candidates will have:

Bilingual skills

Experience in translation or localisation services, technical documentation, customer service, or other business/ IT areas

Experience with InDesign/FrameMaker

Experience with CAT tools such as SDL Trados Studio/Across/MemoQ
