We need an non-medical caregiver who enjoys spreading joy of engaging care in several client homes for a couple of hours each visit on your planned route while getting paid for your time between clients. If this peaks your interest read further.
Are you experienced in most aspects of non-medical care including transferring those with limited mobility, bathing clients safely, assist with toileting while being happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry and errands as needed? Do you have knowledge and experience working with the cognitive challenges and family impact of those dealing with diminished capacities?
If yes then read further and you may be who we are looking for.
Do you also have the ability to manage your time, are comfortable with providing feedback to our care coordination team to consistently help make improved engagement and care quality to reduce isolation and increase health of those they are caring for? We need you to have great social engagement skills with a sharpened ability to make good and independent judgements about how best to spend your time at each visit. Once onboarded and part of our care team you may also have input into making changes to your care visit route and service changes based on creating the best experience for our dear elder clients and use of your available time.
Some of our best caregivers are those who have been family caregivers or are retired healthcare workers who enjoy our elders and want to make their lives better and easier!
