Job Description

As a Credit Portfolio Program Manager on the Strategic Initiatives team within Branded Cards and Lending Risk Organization, you will use your program management expertise to lead intricate, cross portfolio projects impacting Branded Cards portfolio. You will be the predominant analytics, insights, and deck story support for all cross-consumer strategic initiatives. You will build highly effective relationships with colleagues and be comfortable with quantitatively complex issues, have an appetite for work at the detailed level and be a producer of high-quality output.


**Responsibilities:**


+ Partner closely with portfolio risk teams, product, and marketing to drive strategic projects and coordinate implementation plan of proposed solutions


+ Build senior leadership presentations, telling a cohesive story of the problem, insights, solutions, and execution plan


+ Develop a core set of KPIs against each initiative to track success over time


+ Deliver specific ad-hoc analysis and tactical support in preparation for business and management meetings


+ Develop framework for portfolio risk assessment including evaluation of credit and financial performance across varied lending products and industry segments


+ Understand applicable credit policies, industry regulations and the requisite impact of those governance items to prospective new partners or product initiatives


+ Establish and leverage cross-functional partnerships and network with key internal and external stakeholders


+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.


+ Driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency


**Qualifications:**


+ 6-10 years of experience in credit card risk management or equivalent training and experience preferably in the financial services industry


+ Proven ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business goals


+ Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills required


+ Demonstrated ability to synthesize and prioritize


+ Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills


**Education:**


+ Bachelor's Degree in business, statistics, mathematics, economics, or equivalent experience


+ Master's degree preferred
