We are looking for a Training Coordinator to work with our expert On The Job Training team of 40 plus Warehouse / Material Handling associates. Do you have a passion for Training others in a diverse environment? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
+ Deliver, help create, improve, and evaluate OJT (on the job) training for new and existing Warehouse / Materials Coordinator associates
+ Ensure all electronic trainings are in compliance and up to date for all employees
+ Track trainings which will require recertification as they approach expiry date
+ Coordinate training times to accommodate all three shifts
+ Work closely with our site trainer to develop and improve trainings we offer
+ Maintain training records in partnership with Quality Documentation partner
+ Identify and establish learning and development requirements
+ Working with associates to promote training and learning ensuring engagement of colleagues at all levels
Who you are
+ Experience working in a manufacturing site warehouse environment
+ Experience with inventory management software/systems (i.e. Oracle ERP)
+ Experience conducting On the Job Trainings (OJT)
+ Flexible to accommodate trainings required for all three shifts
+ Must be well organized, with importance given to attention to details
+ Must have the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written with overall excellent communication skills
+ Experience in creating training procedures and processes
