Wireless Systems Test Engineering Manager

+ Management of a team responsible for the Radio, or PHY test plan development and execution.

+ Hands-on debug experience of wireless products in the engineering stage.

+ Understanding of communication theory and radio calibration algorithms (such as power control and RF impairment mitigation)

+ Experience using and understanding of the theory of operation of lab equipment (spectrum analyzer, signal generator, network analyzer, power meter).

+ Experience scoping and defining the requirements for test automation including equipment drivers, debug tools, automation scripts, database interfaces, and reporting tools.

+ Knowledge in existing wireless communication protocols: LTE/WCDMA/GSM, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be, 802.11ad/ay or Bluetooth/BLE.

+ Experience with Python, Matlab, Shell scripting and/or C/C+ **Description**

Build and manage a team of passionate wireless test engineers with deep understanding of wireless technology. Define the test plans, lead all aspects of execution, define HW and SW test solutions, track test execution, publish status, and drive issues to resolution. Drive efficiency improvements in our process and test methodology Manage the design and implementation of characterization, regression and reporting framework Bringup and validate algorithms on real silicon alongside Systems Integration, PHY, MAC, RFIC and digital circuit designers. Develop and implement test plans; collect and analyze test result; identify, root-cause, and debug issues.

**Education & Experience**

Master's or Ph.D. degrees in technical fields.
