LTC Healing Partners is a growing wound care practice in the Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia region seeking General Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons, Internal Medicine/ Family PracticePhysicians, and Wound Care Physicians with a passion for providing exceptional medical services in the post-acute and long-term care setting.
LTC Healing Partners foundation is based on quality improvement, working collaboratively, and contributing to a positive environment for healing. Our exceptional patient outcomes are rooted in implementing the most innovative technology, standardizing protocols and aligning with the goals and objectives of our post-acute facility partners.
Physician team members with LTC Healing Partners enjoy competitive compensation. Physicians hours are primarily in the mornings, and can be combined with additional external shift-based or clinic work. Our documentation system allows physicians to spend the vast majority of their time engaged in patient care. Full-time physicians compensation includes a base salary rate of ~200K plus benefits, plus additional earning potential of up to 50k in bonuses.

Perform wound care surgical management including bedside debridement, incision and drainage
Wound Assessment and management
Communicate/Coordinate management, documentation, and or treatment goals with wound care team
Maintain patient medical records for facility partners
Board certification/ Board Eligibility in Surgery, IM/FP, Plastic Surgery
Passion for patient care & wound care
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills ability to work with multiple teams
Full, active, and unrestricted MD, DC, or VA medical license
Active clinical medicine in the past 12 months
