Summary

We're looking for a dynamic, high performing, driven and analytical Director to build partnerships that will grow our business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new partnerships
  • Manage and expand existing partner relationships
  • Evaluate new partnerships for ROI and alignment with key business objectives
  • Work with product and tech teams on deal implementations and management
  • Present ideas for new BD opportunities
  • Negotiate deal terms and review contracts for accuracy
  • Data-driven decision making with strong analytical capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, hard-working, proactive problem solver
  • Ability to think strategically while rolling up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Ability to balance partner demands with company objectives
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently

Qualifications/Experience

  • A bachelor's degree or higher
  • 7+ years experience in business development
  • Strong applications experience (MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) with working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience with online advertising, recruitment industry, or CPC marketplaces a plus
  • Experience with online start up a plus
